Introducing the Heritage Belt, the only belt you'll ever need.

Made with thick, full grain oak tanned leather sourced from the last remaining Oak-bark tannery, J & FJ Baker. Solid brass hardware is attached using chicago screws for guaranteed hold. The Heritage belt will last your entire life, and only grow more beautiful with age.

Process

All belts are built by hand and made to order in my Pacific Northwest workshop. Straps are measured and cut from a full hide, then ends punched, and edges beveled and burnished. Buckle is connected using Chicago screws and finally the belt is burnished with a cloth for a shine finish.

All leather is sourced from UK's last remaining oak bark tannery, J & FJ Baker. With tremendous care and attention to detail, this leather undergoes a 15 month tanning process, molding the highest quality english bridle leather in the world. The quality and consistency J & FJ Baker provides in their leather is unparalleled. And as an added bonus, it smells great.

Belts

To find your belt size, measure a current belt from heel of the buckle (where the buckle meets the leather) to your most used hole. For more measuring details, scroll through the belt product images to find a photo of the size guide.

Collars

To find collar size, measure dog's neck by wrapping a soft tape measure around neck where collar lays. For long hair dogs, pull tape measure semi-firm, allowing room for three fingers to fit under measure.

If you do not have a soft tape measure, use a string or shoe lace to wrap around neck and then measure with a rigid tape measure or ruler.

If unable to measure or purchasing for a gift, use above for an educated guess. All collars are hand-built to order, so please make an educated effort when selecting size.
